Dear colleagues!

I would like to inform you that due to the reorganization of the Institute for Design Problems in Microelectronics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, it is difficult to guarantee the success of the MES-2023 conference. Based on this, it was decided to suspend its holding this year. As the founder and permanent Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the MES Conference and the Editor-in-Chief of the MES Proceedings, I express my gratitude to all the Founders, Partners and Sponsors, members of the Organizing and Program Committees, as well as all participants of the conference.

Thanks to all of you, the MES conference, founded in 2005th, has been successful all this time, and its Proceedings have turned into a periodical!

All-Russia Science&Technology Conference:

"Problems of Advanced Micro- and Nanoelectronic Systems Development"

devoted to urgent issues of design automation of microelectronic systems, SoC, IP-blocks and a new element base of micro-and nanoelectronics. These issues have been and remain actual to science and technology, as evidenced by the major topics of Annual International Conference on CAD and the development of micro-and nanoelectronic devices.

MES is the largest conference in the field of CAD microelectronics in Russia and CIS countries.

Proceedings of the MES conference is included in HAC list (issue15.02.2023, pos. 2210) of Russian scientific journals, where should be published the main results of theses for the degree of doctor and candidate of sciences.
