Abstract
 Questions of radiation-proof designing of modern CMOS nanoelectronic VLSI of type system-on-chip (SoC) for standard technological processes of volumetric silicon of a level 0,25 0,18 and less on the basis of the developed and certified libraries of elements and complex-functional blocks are considered. Results of research of special test crystals and pilot CMOS nano-VLSI are resulted.
