SPICE models of optoelectronic elements for simulation of photosensitive PD-CMOS VLSI

Abstract
 Universal SPICE models of CMOS VLSI photosensitive elements are presented. Models realize both the photoconductive and the photovoltaic modes of operation of a component, therefore they are also suitable for the description of solar cells built in a semiconductor chip, which considerably expands their application area.
