Abstract
 The method of automation of synthesis of VHDL-AMS models, based on graphic representation of equivalent circuits is considered. This method is implemented in program complex AMSWizard which also is presented. Examples of synthesis of VHDL-AMS models for architectural simulation of a communication system with digital modulation are given.
