Integration of logic synthesis with a binding to library on the basis of universal systems of functions and direct methods of the generalized decomposition

Abstract 
 The combination of a method of universal systems of boolean functions with a direct method of the generalized decomposition is considered. The proposed combination allows to integrate logic synthesis with a binding to library and to build thus for "typical" functions of the circuit asymptotically optimal both on complexity, and on delay.
