The reports, accepted in the conference program, participate in the competition. The authors of the reports and the participants of the conference participate in the voting.

The best reports are determined by the rating of the reports received by each report through an open Internet vote of registered participants of the conference.

Each voter distributes 10 points to the reports. Scores are multiplied by weight coefficient, which has every voter, thus forming a weighted score.

Rating report is determined by multiplying the amount given for the report weighted score quality factor of the report.

The weight coefficient of the vote of each registered participant is determined as the product of the coefficient of professional status by the coefficient of the conference participant.

The coefficient of the participant of the conference is determined at the first participation in the conference: 1-without a report, 1.3-the author/co-author of the report. With each subsequent participation, the previous coefficient is added, respectively, 0.1 or 0.3. If you do not participate in the next conference, the coefficient is reduced by 0.1. The participant's coefficient can not be less than 1 and more than 3. The Chairman of the organizing committee of the conference has a coefficient of 5, and the Deputy Chairman of the organizing committee of the conference-4. The members of the organizing committee and the program committee of the conference have a coefficient of 3.5.

the Coefficient of the quality of the report is defined with a base value of 1. This ratio is increased by 0.1 when presenting a slide or video presentations.

Ten best papers recommended for publication in journals indexed in SCOPUS, determined by the maximum rating reports.

The most cited author of the MES reports is determined by the sum of references to the MES articles of 2017-2021, in which he is the author or co-author. References from all sources, including self-citation, are taken into account. References from sources indexed in SCOPUS and / or WoS are counted with a factor of 2.

A cash prize of 50,000 rubles (one for all co-authors of the report).
Note: The monetary award to the authors (co-authors) of the reports recognized as the best by the results of voting is awarded if the report contains at least 20 references to the publications of the MES 2018-2021
